Website Delivery Policy
We will use our best endeavours to deliver a website link to the first draft of your new website within 14 - 21 days of order. Actual completion date will depend on the extent of changes requested following the first draft, though this is commonly only 7 - 10 working days following the first draft.
Since websites are a digital product there is no physical item delivery and delivery is therefore taken to be the sending of a URL link to the email address the customer gave with order.
Website Cancellation Policy
All of our agency websites are BUSINESS transactions and as such are not subject to a cooling off period for refund. You can confirm your rights on this with Citizens Advice. However, since it is not our intention to mislead or disadvantage anyone then we do allow cancellations up until the first draft is delivered. Where cancellation is recieved prior to first draft there will be a deduction of up to 50% of the final website price depending on the amount of work undertaken before cancellation is recieved.
Website Hosting Cancellation Policy
Our website hosting packages are BUSINESS transactions paid monthly and as such are not subject to a cooling off period for refund. As the package is payable monthly in advance there is no termination penalty and hosting will cease at the end of the current paid for month.
